One of the best things about working out at home is the time, money, and stress it saves you. All that travel time, travel costs, gym memberships, vanity from working out in front of seasoned gym patrons and loitering in the gym lobby, All are gone; you can wear whatever you want, shorts and T-shirt or old pajamas, whatever works.
